This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies only to clients who have purchased our services from our official website (Whyte Media Marketing website) only. This policy is not applicable to purchases made offline or through channels other than this website.
Refunds and Cancellation
If a customer has made a payment in advance and wants to cancel the service before it has started, we will provide a full refund. If the service has already started, the customer will receive a partial refund as discussed before starting the project.
All future contracts can be canceled at any time by the customer with a full refund. The refund amount will be transferred to the customer's account within 10 working days from the day of official confirmation from the customer's side.
